Before you begin.

Do I need to be a Landings Club member?

Member pricing and the offers on this page are exclusive to The Landings Club members. Apex MD's programs are available to anyone a licensed provider can treat in your state.

How does the first visit work?

You complete a short online assessment, then meet a licensed Apex MD provider by video. If a treatment is appropriate, it is prescribed and ships to your door — usually within 2–3 business days.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed US pharmacies for you specifically. They are not FDA-approved products and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness; protocols are informed by published clinical research.

Is there a contract?

No. Programs are month to month and you can pause or cancel at any time.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes — Apex MD programs are generally FSA/HSA eligible.

What does the bloodwork cost?

Hormone starter panels, with your medical consult, start from $149 (normally $249). Comprehensive ($299.99) and Optimal ($399.99) panels can be bought directly above. GLP-1 programs include quarterly labs at no extra charge.

What is the difference between a program and a concierge membership?

A program treats one goal — weight, hormones, energy — month to month. A concierge membership is ongoing physician care for your whole health: a full biomarker baseline, a personalized longevity protocol, regular physician check-ins and retests through the year.

Does Landings Club see my medical information?

No. The Landings Club does not practice medicine or receive your medical records. Your care is private between you and your Apex MD provider.
